updated Glue a penny to a piece of card stock or glossy photo paper?

I had already posted this question, but I forgot to a bit of detail. I’m making a keepsake for my niece to give at her baby shower. I want to attach a penny to a peice of card stock or glossy photo paper…any idea’s of a glue or something I can use that she can remove once she gets older to use on her wedding day? and which would be best glossy or card stock?
